Toronto, ON – Redstone Agency is proud to announce that they have partnered with XYZ University, a research and consultancy organization, to introduce clients and the Canadian association industry to “The Future of Membership”, a two-day interactive workshop focused on next-gen membership recruitment and retention.
So why is this workshop important? Because associations need to engage the younger generation or they will seize to exist. We’ve started down the path to the largest shift in human capital in history. By 2020 (yes, that’s right – next year), 50% of the workforce (and your associations!) will be comprised of Gen-Y. So it’s more important now than ever to learn how to engage this next-generation to ensure your association can not only recruit, but retain, these new members.
Redstone invites association executives to invest in this training that promises new, effective strategies to recruit and retain members. The workshop takes place from Thursday, March 7 to Friday, March 8, 2019. For more information about this workshop and to register, please click here.
