Her expertise is in conceptualizing, executing her customers’ vision and cultivating strong customer relationships. Maria has wide-ranging experience from planning and managing small corporate meetings to large conferences and social functions. She loves engaging with clients and strategizing about how to improve the event experience.
Maria’s long-standing background in anticipating client’s needs, eye for detail and excellent problem resolution skills have equipped her with an exceptional record of customer satisfaction. In 2019, Maria became a member of the “Golden Circle Achievers” by achieving an Individual Event Satisfaction Individual score of 96.3% and a placement within the Top 100 outstanding performances worldwide at Marriott International.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Meeting & Event Management from University of Massachusetts – Isenberg Online Program. Maria has earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2015 and most recently decided to grow her skills by obtaining the Virtual Event and Meeting Management (VEMM) certificate from the Event Leadership Institute.
