    I had the opportunity to attend XYZ University through the Redstone Agency. As a supplier to the Association Segment, I found this workshop extremely beneficial on many fronts. Understanding your customer and their needs is the number one rule of engagement in sales. Taking a deeper dive to understand the challenges faced by many not-for-profit organizations, as they cater to a wide range of generations, is paramount when selling the right location and hotel for their next meeting.
