The event industry is constantly evolving and with more event technology than ever, it can be challenging to keep up.  Consider arranging monthly lunch and learns for employees to share their knowledge on various topics with the rest of the team. This not only fosters a culture of learning and teamwork, but also shows employees that their knowledge is valued and appreciated.
