Ellen's HeadshotEllen joins us from SideFX Software, where she managed a variety of international events and marketing projects in the technology industry.  Her main focus being trade show booth management for two of the largest shows in the industry; GDC and SIGGRAPH, along with preparing and promoting training events, customer appreciation, product launches, and supporting local user groups around the world.

An avid volunteer on event association committees; she was awarded the Meeting Planners International (MPI) Toronto’s New Member of the Year award in 2016 for her dedicated work on the Communications Committee and built the Toronto Chapter’s Marketing Committee in its inaugural year.

Ellen brings a wealth of experience from her many years with The International Centre where her most notable project was the Climate Reality Leader training in 2015. Her portfolio also includes numerous trade and consumer shows, weddings, conferences, warehouse sales and fashion shows.

Known in some circles as the “floor plan master” one of her favourite parts of the job is designing the impossible for her clients and seeing it come to life. She also enjoys fundraising on the side and giving back to her local communities in any way possible.

Ellen is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the Redstone team and add value with corporate social responsibility opportunities. She looks forward to being part of the REDSQUAD family and collaborating with so many like-minded planners!
